Audio Demo – General Parking Zone

2026 Participant Registration & Credential Pickup

Open Audio Demos
Open audio demos are permitted in the Audio Demo – General Parking Zone on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This zone is intended for controlled, open demonstrations so participants and spectators can enjoy the audio experience throughout the event.

Grass Parking in a Tree-Covered Riverfront Area
All parking in this zone is on grass, with surrounding trees near the Great Miami River. This area offers a wide-open layout with natural surroundings, making it one of the best environments for extended audio demonstrations throughout the day.

This zone is ideal for:

Car audio teams
High-output demo vehicles
Participants planning to run demos and hair tricks throughout the day
Audio builds that thrive in an open, demo-friendly environment

Stunt Walls & High-Output Systems
Participants operating stunt walls or high-output audio systems must be respectful of neighboring vehicles and other participants. Please be mindful of demo duration, volume levels, and spacing. Event staff reserves the right to limit or pause demos if necessary for safety, courtesy, or fairness.

2026 Participant Registration & Credential Pickup

All pre-registered participants must pick up credentials in person.
Credentials will not be mailed under any circumstances.

All credential pickup will take place at the 3 Rivers School District. Just 3 Miles from the venue in the Village Of Cleves, OH.
Detailed pickup instructions and location information will be emailed after registration is completed.

Vehicle Restrictions

Pit bikes, dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and similar vehicles are not permitted at the event.
If you are unsure whether a specific vehicle is allowed, please contact us before arriving.

GOLF CART POLICY – ZERO TOLERANCE

Only registered custom golf carts with active liability insurance are permitted on event grounds.
Proof of insurance is required at check-in and must be presented upon request at any time.
Not A custom build? No insurance? No exceptions.
Anyone operating a non-custom or uninsured golf cart will be immediately removed from the event.
This policy is mandated by our insurance carrier and will be strictly enforced.

I understand that Slamology is a rain or shine event and that my registration is nontransferable or refundable. This means if you register for the show and do not show up you cannot transfer to a friend or receive a refund on your entry. If you do not agree to these terms, please exit the registration, and register at the event for $100.00. Registration will be open from 2PM to 9PM on Friday June 12th, 2026, 8AM to 4PM on June 13th, 2026, and 9AM to 12PM on June 14th, 2026.

LIABILITY, PHOTO, CONTACT RELEASE Entrants and participants by signing this document release and discharge the State of Indiana, State of Ohio, City of Cleeves, Hamilton County Ohio, Gauge Magazine, the Slamology event staff, TruckShow.Org, Edgewater Sports Park, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants, volunteers, sponsors of these entities, and anyone else connected with judgments, and / or claims from any causes what so ever that may be suffered by an entrant or participant to his or her person or property at this event. Throughout this document, “Slamology” will be referring to the Slamology event staff, Truckshow.org, Gauge Magazine, and the volunteers and representatives of the event staff. Slamology reserves the right to evict any entrants, including spectators or vehicle participants, whose behavior is deemed objectionable. Including but not limited to damage caused by the entrant, by his/her vehicle, entrant’s appearance, or that of his/her vehicle, or conduct considered unbecoming or not fitting to the shows image. In the event of any eviction or restriction, Slamology is not liable to refund any entry fees except at its own discretion. In the event any damage is caused by entrants, Slamology will hold entrant liable and pursue legal action at its own discretion. By digitally agreeing to this document, entrant agrees and understands that Slamology is NOT responsible or liable for any injury, loss of articles, theft, or damage to person or property at the event. By digitally agreeing to this release form, you agree that Slamology reserves the right to contact you based on the information you provide at registration. You also agree that the owner and guests agree to permit Slamology or it’s assigns the use of their names and pictures of the entered vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazine, radio, internet and television) before, during and after the event and hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Slamology or its assigns. All publicity and advertising rights are reversed by Slamology or its assigns. I agree that my vehicle is fully insured and licensed in my home state and if an accident were to occur, I am fully responsible for all damages and claims.

Custom Vehicle or Audio Competition Vehicle: (Required)

Pit Bikes, Dirt Bikes, 4 wheelers, etc. are NOT permitted at show. If you register a golf cart it must be custom and have insurance. Your golf cart will be inspected and insurance verified upon arrival at the event. If you have questions on if your vehicle would be permitted, please contact us. Slamology is a Custom Car and Audio Competition event. Your vehicle will be inspected and approved upon arrival to confirm it is a Custom or an Audio Vehicle. We do not allow stock vehicles in the show area of the event! A vehicle must have modifications to be in the show. Show Vehicles must have modifications such as custom wheels, suspension, paint, etc. The number of modifications will justify your class either mild, wild or radical. Audio and Demo vehicles should have a competitive type not stock sound system. If you register a vehicle that is not custom or audio build, and arrive at event and your vehicle is not accepted you will not receive credentials to attend. You will be directed to the spectator parking lot and receive spectator tickets. Save everyone the headache and if your vehicle is not custom or audio vehicle do not attempt entry into the show grounds. There will be no refunds for anyone that breaks these rules.

High-Energy and Volume Release:: (Required)

I acknowledge and agree that Slamology is not a traditional car show and is a high-energy automotive and music festival. I understand that loud music, bass, vibration, and amplified sound systems are a core part of the event and may be heard and felt throughout Edgewater Sports Park. While Slamology staff works to manage audio, no location can be guaranteed to be free from loud music or vibration. I accept these conditions and understand that registration fees are non-refundable due to audio volume or sound exposure.

After Registration Paperwork: (Required)

There are no mailed credentials. Following checkout, you will receive an email receipt with information for registration credential pickup. This will take place off site at the 3 River School District Education Center. All Vehicle owners must present with a valid driver's license and their registered vehicle to pick up their credentials. No exceptions to this rules because registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
