With over 1000 Pre-registrations for 2022 we are adjusting Pre-Registration Credential pick up and the new registration gate; This is ONLY for Friday June 10, from 2pm until 9pm. Participants will now enter through Gate 2 and follow the road course around the venue to the registration area.
DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 2PM! We are not allowed to have participants on the grounds prior to 2PM, if you arrive early you will be asked to drive around or check out the surrounding eateries. NO STAGING OUTSIDE THE GATES!! We must keep all public roads from traffic congestion, this is for your safety, our safety and the people whom live in the area.
If you are pre-registered you will not need to get out of your vehicle! Please get in the left hand lane as soon as possible. Have your driver's license ready and arrive in the vehicle you registered online.
Our judging staff will confirm your entry is a custom vehicle or that you have a custom audio build.
After your vehicle is confirmed, you will pull up to the designated spot our staff instructs (by the tent on the left hand side). You will give your name and show your driver's license. After all is confirmed we will give you your registration packet and scan your QR code to check you into the event.
In your registration packet will be the following: vehicle tear away sticker, oval sticker, Pilot and Co-Pilot passes and neck lanyards. If you ordered additional 2 day tickets, these will be in your registration packet as well.
If you need to make changes to your registration, we will handle those on a one on one basis upon arrival. If you need to purchase additional tickets they will be available for $15 for a 2 day ticket. 1 day tickets will not be available at registration.
If you are a new registration when you arrive get into the right hand lane! After your vehicle is confirmed you will pull up to the designated spot our staff instructs (in front of the tent on the right hand side). You will be parked in a large grass parking lot and then walk up to the registration tent. You will need your valid driver's license and to sign off on all liability and insurance requirements. In your registration packet will be the following: vehicle tear away sticker, oval sticker, Pilot and Co-Pilot passes and neck lanyards.
If you need to purchase additional tickets they will be available for $15 for a 2 day ticket. 1 day tickets will not be available at registration.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday Registration price is $70 CASH ONLY!
Please arrive with a great attitude and be patient; our staff is working to make sure you have a great weekend, along with all of the other participants. We are anticipating over 2000 vehicles for 2022. We have implemented several ways to speed up the process and make this as smooth as we can for everyone. Please be respectful to our staff, we are all here to have a great weekend!
If you are registering a custom golf cart in the show you must have your insurance paperwork with you at all times. We will check it before you receive your credentials and there will be spot checks by safety staff throughout the weekend.
Safety checks can and will be done, by Slamology staff as well as Track officials. If you are approached by any of these people, please be kind.
All carts are to remain on driving paths and go with traffic flow. Anyone in violation will be instructed to park the golf cart and/or leave the event. There is 0 tolerance for golf cart violations.
